She is survived by: her spouse Frank Leonard; her son John Leonard of La Porte, IN; her brother William Mendenhall of Maryville, MO; her stepchildren, Mary Jo Fettinger of Bloomington, IN, Ronald Chapman of Walkerton, IN and Robert Chapman of Bridgeport, TX; and her grandchildren, Steven Starkey (Angie), Brian Starkey (Sherri), Wesley Starkey (Teresa), Carrie Smith (Greg), John Leonard, Jr., Debbie Jones (Chris), Tammy Cushon and Roy Leonard, Jr.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
