It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Arndt of La Porte, Indiana, born in Wanatah, Indiana, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Harvey and Ethel Jean Steinke (Howell); and her husband Walter Louis Arndt, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Arndt (Janice) of Manitou, KY, Brad Arndt (Suzy) of Austin, TX and Corinne Goodson (Eric) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Rebecca Arndt of Manitou, KY, Aaron Arndt (Caitlin) of Cincinnati, OH, Jennifer Shafer (Brad) of Austin, TX, Andrew Arndt (Kimberly) of Tell City, IN, Ashley Fitzpatrick (Shawn) of Dune Acres, IN and Alexander Keim (Kimberly) of Noblesville, IN; her great grandchildren, Gray, Julia Shafer, Archer Arndt, Sophia, Tobin Arndt, Breck, Pruett and Evann Fitzpatrick; and her brother Lester Harold Steinke of West Jefferson, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
