Glen Cable Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Cable of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen "Bud" and Ethel Cable (Short); and his brother Gerald Cable. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Deutscher; his children, Pamela Pask (Joseph) of La Porte, Lori Long (Bill Stayback) of La Porte, Michael Benjamin of New York City, NY and Angela Benjamin of La Porte; his grandchildren, Jason Bennitt, Nicole Sutter, Jared Long (Sarah Reese) and Joseph Pask, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Fae and Maggie Sutter; his sisters, Susan Cable of La Porte and Ellen Christensen (Dennis) of Fish Lake; his nieces and nephews, Pete Cable (Melissa), Dan Cable (Tammy), Kelly Schroeder and Melissa Day (Scott); and his pet Banjo. He is also survived by 1 great nephew; 3 great nieces; 1 great-great nephew; 1 great-great niece.
Due to the recent Governor's Order, anyone attending the visitation and/or service is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing of six-feet.
