It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine H. Kubaszyk of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Jones and Pauline Jones (Bonifas); and her husband Jerome G. Kubaszyk, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Kubaszyk (Josette) of La Porte, Kerry Kubaszyk (Carrie) of Summerville, Jerome Kubaszyk (Jennifer) of La Porte and Jonathan P. Kubaszyk (Keila) of Brownsburg, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jordan, Jackson, Madeline, Simon, Ryan, Angie, Emma, Abriella, Jay and Sawyer. She is also survived by the youngest of three sisters.
