We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2023 we had to say goodbye to George Washington Humphrey III of La Porte, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George Humphrey Jr.; his stepparents, Sandy Humphrey and R. T. Tindle; his grandparents, Arlie, Dorothy Steiner, George Sr. and Colleen Humphrey; and his uncle George Steiner.

He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Tindle (Steiner); his son Brett Tanksley; his siblings, Michael Humphrey (Jan), John Humphrey and Maxi Shultz (Kyle); his stepsiblings, Lynn Tindle (Kim), Marty Tindle and Gina Bernacchi; and his uncle Stanley Steiner. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; and 12 grand-nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family of George Washington Humphrey III.
