She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Burek and Caroline Burek (Kurtyka); her husband Richard Reed; her son Michael; and her siblings, Wanda Slater and Edward Burek.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Polish; her sons, David Reed of La Porte and Daniel Reed (Julie) of La Porte, Indiana; her granddaughter Megan Reed; and her siblings, Emily Deardorff of Indianapolis and Eugene Burek of La Porte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
