She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Surowiec and Genevieve Surowiec (Czarnecki); her brother John Surowiec; her son Richard "Rick" A. Kentaft (Lesley) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Paden Kentaft of Richard, Adolph-James Kentaft, Schoonover and Erin Shoupe-Nebelung; and her great grandchildren, Darien, Hannah, Braden and Kylen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family, which will be forwarded to Riley Children's Hospital in memory of Florence H. Kentaft.
