She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kuta and Carey Kuta (Jadszczak); her husband James Mick; her sisters, Geraldine Wedow, Helen Pointon and Dorothy Kuta; and her great grandchild Samuel.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Mick Jr. (Cindy) of Scottsborough, AL, Tony Kuta, Raymond Kuta, Evelyn Schwitters (Eddie) of Lowell, IN, Roberta Bass (Tom) of Summerville, SC and Janice Messinio of Griffith, IN; her grandchildren, Lacee (Josh), Brett (Mary), Alex (Lauren), Tyler (Brooklyn), Alisia (David), Antonio (Marina) and Alina; her siblings, Joe, Richard, Stanley, Sonny Kuta, Deloris Dusseau and Ilene Pointon; and her daughter Amber (Ryan). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Evelyn's honor may be made to the family in care of Haverstock Funeral Home.
