He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. Allen Dollberg (Susan) of Novato and John Dollberg (Suzanne) of Cocoa Beach, Florida; his children, Ehren Dollberg (Kristine) of Newaygo and Jennifer Dollberg of Rensselaer, NY; and his grandchildren, Addison and Avery Dollberg.
