She was predeceased by: her parents, William Malec and Anne Malec (Muszynski); and her daughter Theresa Schnable. She is survived by: her former husband Charles Kenneth Schnable; her husband Ken; her sons, K. Dirk Schnable (Amy Tomczak) of La Porte, Indiana and W. Brook Schnable of La Porte, Indiana; and her sisters, Connie Williams (Tom) of Lakeville and Rose Horak (Dan) of South Bend, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
