She is survived by: her children, Maria Otolski (Tom) of La Porte, Indiana, Mitch Juszkiewicz (Linda) of La Porte, Ted Juszkiewicz (Kay) of Mill Creek and Wes Juszkiewicz (Monica) of La Porte, Indiana; her grandchildren, Noah, Zofia, Anna, Ryan (Jennifer), Michelle (Christopher), Tony, Josh, Nicholas (Sierra) and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Gideon, Jozef, Mitch, Amelia, Zella, K'senia and Wiesiu; and her siblings, Michelle Resiak (Zenon) and Kazimierz Majka.
