She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank LeMaster and Gladys LeMaster (Spangler). She is survived by: her husband Charles Mullins; her daughter Carol Emerick (Ken); her grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Katelynn, Kayla and Cassidy; and her great grandchild Adelynn.
