It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Peter Taylor (La Porte, Indiana), who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter "Scotty" Taylor and Edith "Peggy" Taylor (Murray); his father-in-law Lloyd Alsip; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Hunt and DeWayne Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Alsip Taylor; his children, Sunny Taylor and Jamie Taylor (Connie); his stepchildren, Amanda Montgomery (Chadwick) and Jeremy Montgomery; his grandchildren, Erika Oritz (Aris) and Sonny Taylor; his sisters, Linda Francis and Nancy Hunt; his mother-in-law Kazuko Alsip; his sister-in-law Michelle Alsip; and his nieces and nephews, Lorri Francis, Peggy Irvin, Scott Francis and Geoff Griffith (Jackie).
