She is survived by: her spouse Dale Cook; her daughters, Carol Cook of Bradenton, FL and Gail Wolford of Hanna, IN; her grandchildren, Jeremy Miller of Michigan City, IN, Jordan Guianen of Hayesville, NC and Gina Pressimone of Bradenton, FL; her great grandchildren, Braelynn Clezie and Willow Miller; and her sisters, Marianne Haynes of Michigan City, IN, Alice Wozniak (Richard) of Michigan City, IN and Marilyn Wozniak of La Porte, IN..
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel (418 Washington St, Michigan City, IN 46360). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (411 W 11th St, Michigan City, IN 46360).
