She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Greenlaw and Mary Lou Greenlaw (Graham); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Smith; and her brothers, Leroy and Patrick Greenlaw.
She is survived by: her children, Marc Smith (Kathleen) of Valparaiso, IN and Dana Henderson (David) of LaPorte, IN; her brother Dan Greenlaw (Gale) of Laporte, IN; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Katelyn, Zachary Smith, Abigail, Emma, Isabella and David Henderson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, masks are required and social distancing will be observed, both at the funeral home and the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation 213 West Institute Place Suite 302 Chicago, IL 60610 in Donna Smith's name.
