Dawn R. Dunn, 48, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Tuesday October 9, 2018 in La Porte, IN. She was born June 23, 1970 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Dennis Long and Margaret (Noakes) Long. Dawn will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She was known for her caring nature and was always willing to help others.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Dunn; daughter, Brittnie Hovis (Jimmy) Galloway of Chattanooga, TN; two step-sons, Patrick (Paula) Dunn of San Diego, CA, Eddie (Amy) Dunn Jr. of Velma, OK; brother, Dennis Allen Long of LaPorte, IN; grandchildren, Stanley William Galloway of Chattanooga, TN, Alexis, and Caleb Dunn of San Diego, CA, Abby, Bailey, Jacob, and Justin Dunn of Velma, OK.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. Private family services will be held at a later date.
