He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Wellinski and Gertrude Wellinski (Turcznski); his sisters, Angeline Baud, Margaret Boyce (Vernon), Phyliss Kratz (Richard) and Norma Wellnicki; and his siblings-in-law, Clay Mueller and Bonnie Wellinski (Rodgers).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Zarr; his sons, Robert Wellinski (Mary), Stephen Wellinski and Gregory Wellinski; his siblings, Mary Jo Mueller, Joseph Wellinski and James Wells (Rosemary); his grandchildren, Alan Wellinski (Victoria), Matthew Wellinski (Dare), Julia Wellinski, Michael Wellinski, John Paul Wellinski, Rebecca Wellinski, Addison Wellinski and Melody Wellinski; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
