He is survived by: his parent Wilda Jolls (Miller); his wife Tanis (Carroll); his children, Amy Williams (Brent) of Spring Arbor and David Pawson (Lisa) of Philadelphia; his stepchildren, Ryan Wagner (Sue) of Valparaiso and Pamala Wagner of Chesterton; his grandchildren, Lindsay Pawson, Lillian Kearby, Ashley Williams and Grace Wagner; and his sister-in-law Judy Pawson.
