It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Nelson of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 70, on October 9, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Nelson and Vera Nelson (Hundt); his granddaughter Lilly Nelson; and his sister Dorothy Seitz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Powers; his children, David Nelson (Tina), Michael Nelson, Sue Ann Chambers and Angie Pettis (Ryan); his grandchildren, Mike, Crystal, Tiffany and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Valkyrie; and his siblings, Donald Nelson (Penny) of La Porte, Diane Speakman (Roger) of La Porte and Darlene Contreras of La Porte. He is also survived by 3 nieces; and 4 nephews.
Due to the Governor's Order, anyone attending the visitation and/or service is required to wear a mask.
