He is survived by: his brothers, Tom (Evelyn) of LaPorte and Dan; his son Ryan Higley; his wife Janice; his daughter Michele Kirby (Thom); his grandchildren, Kaemon of Grafton, Ohio, Kaiya Kirby of Grafton, Ohio and Ashlyn Higley; and his daughter-in-law Caroline McCord of Carmel, IN.. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
