It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel E. Hammond (La Porte, Indiana), born in Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hammond and Catherine Hammond; and his brother Timothy Hammond. He is survived by: his children, Antoinette M. Hammond of Orlando, FL, Shanon Wroblewski (Michael) of New Carlisle, Heather J. Hammond of Orlando, FL and Daniel E. Hammond (Kaleigh Hinkle) of Mishawaka; his grandsons, Jacob M. Wroblewski (Callie Fraling) of New Carlisle and Noah C. Wroblewski of New Carlisle; and his siblings, Elizabeth Harris, Cathy Hammond, Marian Truett (Everett), Eileen Hammond, Rita Hammond, Jim Hammond, Bill Hammond, Marty Hammond, Joey Hammond (Debbie), Robert Hammond (Angie) and Paul Hammond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
