He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo J. England and Rose Marie England (Echimovich); his wife Margo L. Davis; and his grandson Daniel Hodum. He is survived by: his former wife Sharon R. Bowen (Welches); and his children, Donald Bowen (Jennifer), Kelly Shepherd (Greg), Shari Mullins (Leon), Donna Riedel (Grant) and Tony Bowen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
