He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Kendall and Norma Ruth Kendall (Herzog); and his sister Sharlene Csanyi. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Matthys (Leon), Samuel Kendall and Ryan Kendall; his siblings, Jeff Kendall (Susan), Mary Kendall (Andy), Marti Phillips and Mark Kendall (Diane); and his grandchildren, Tyler Matthys and Bailey Matthys. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
