She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Begley and Myrtle Begley (Fields); her former husband Ernest R. Summa; and her brothers, Dan Begley and Benton Begley.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Hoffmaster (Summa); her siblings, Jean Allen (Daniel) of Knox, Margie Delli (Larry) of Rochester, Russell Begley (late Phyllis) of North Judson and Charles Begley (Fran) of Knox, Indiana.; her husband Bill Lehman; and her close friend Aussie. She is also survived by her daughter and dear friends.
