It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Cavinder of La Porte, Indiana, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Cavinder and Velma Cavinder (Short); and his siblings, Wayne Cavinder (Ruth), Donald Cavinder and Jean McCoy (John).
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Francis; his daughters, Sunshine Bell (Jerry) of La Porte, Dawna Cavinder of La Porte and Autumn Dolson (Tim) of Pendleton, IN; his grandchildren, Jacob Clark, Gillyanne Clark and Maggie Bell; and his brother Russ Cavinder (Gail) of New Carlisle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the recent Governor's Order, anyone attending the visitation and/or service is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing of six feet.
