He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Edward and Dorothy Gladys Wilson (Striker); and his siblings, Earl Wilson, Benjamin Wilson, Susan Wozniak, Gladys Richardson and Frances Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Benson; his children, Earl Wilson (Kendall) of La Porte, Desiree' Splix (Victor) of La Porte, Troy Wilson of La Porte, James Richardson of Rantoul and Amanda Baker of Bountiful, Utah; his grandchildren, Leah Wilson, Madix Splix, Levi Wilson, Jace Wilson, Stella Splix, Abaddon Wilson, Slade Wilson and Wade Wilson; and his siblings, John Wilson (Jane) of Michigan City, Edward Wilson (Theresa) of Illinois, Joyce Richardson (David) of Illinois, Chris Wheatfield (James) of Indiana and Sally Brown (David) of Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
