She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Putz and Joan Putz (Bednarz); her husband Nicholas Rebac; and her brother Jerome Putz. She is survived by: her brother Richard Putz (Terry) of Saint John, IN; her stepsons, Brian Rebac (Stacey) of Michigan City, IN and Brett Rebac of Michigan City, IN; her niece Rene Putz (Chuck Gullett) of Chicago, IL; and her nephew Ryan Putz of Woodlands, TX.. She is also survived by loving aunt to her nephew and niece.
