He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dixon and Hazel Dixon; his former wife Naomi Bryant Dixon; and his siblings, Wayne and Rita.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Lou Duke; his children, Nola Ann and Charles Michael Dixon; his uncle Sam; his spouse Marth Wood Dixon; and his brother Denzil Dixon. He is also survived by many step children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, double cousins, cousins and many many friends.
