She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kegebein and Josephine Kegebein (Bales); her husband Darrel Gene Banic; and her son-in-law Glenn Jones. She is survived by: her children, Gary Gene Banic (Mindy), Dr. Randy Paul Banic (Jennifer) and Shelly Sue Jones (Glenn); her siblings, Beverly Grys (Chester), Betty Clark, Arlen Banic (Carol), Bob, Mary and Barb; her grandchildren, Andrew (Katie), Alexis (Octavio), Ryan (Jessica), Danyelle (Chris), Brittany (Nick), Holly (Tony), Amanda (Blake) and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Maxon, Kayden, Koltyn, Kolby, Myah, Gavin, Karsyn, Augustus, Leander, Vincent, Faye, Reece, Locke and Ambrose.
