She is survived by: her husband James Affeld; her sons, Brandon Gurrola of La Porte and Lucas Albin of La Porte; her siblings, Brenda Samm of La Porte, Judy Hough of La Porte and Tom Samm of Michigan City; her stepsiblings, Sallie Warner of La Porte and Eddie Pytynia; and her nieces, Kristin Nunez of La Porte and Kimberly Fairfield of La Porte.
