We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2019, at the age of 83, Benjamin Penwell (La Porte, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin C. Penwell and Mary Dean (O'Connor); his children, Tina Jackman of Strasburg, Steve Penwell (Nicole) of Banbridge, June Cox of Leesburg, Ervene Shuck of Front Royal, Joseph Penwell of Strasburg, Ryan Kellogg (Lynn) of Michigan City, Carey Kellogg of La Porte and Shelby Kellogg of La Porte, Indiana; his sisters, Blonde Polick of La Porte, Indiana and Betty Wilson (Charlie) of La Porte, Indiana; and his close friends, Arnette Kellogg, Phyllis Calhoun and Shirley Todd. He was also cherished by 31 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
