He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Geraldine Fitzpatrick (Hibner); and his sister Vickie Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Lyn Pagels; his parents-in-law, Ron and Linda Chance of La Porte; his brother Adam; his sister-in-law Brenda Pagels of La Porte; his siblings, Jim Fitzpatrick of Kingsford Heights, IN and Darlene Todd (Tom) of La Porte, IN; and his nephews, Ryan Blind (Amy), Ralph Fitzpatrick (Tracy), Carson Pagels and Hudson Pagels.
