She is survived by: her children, David J. Dolezal (Lee Ann) of Avilla, IN, Cynthia M. Jones of La Porte, IN, Carolyn M. Shebel (Michael) of The Villages and Lynn M. Donohue (Richard) of Mason, Ohio.; her grandsons, David Rockwell (Stephanie) and Wyatt Dolezal; and her great grandchild Davis. She is also survived by her family, relatives, and her friends.
