She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Crawford and Blanch Crawford (McMillen); and her siblings, Glen, Delbert, Raymond, Jack, Harvey, Harold, Marvin, Florence Pagel, Evelyn Rude, Melinda Thompson, Blanche Crawford, Dorothy Woodruff and Rose Sievert.
She is survived by: her husband Frank H. Cook; and her children, Cathleen Ault (David) of La Porte, IN, Joan Shail (Richard), Robert Cook (Carla) of La Porte, IN, William Cook (Gigi) of Kingsford Heights, IN and David Cook (Ida). She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
