She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Widick and Lucile Widick (Netzley); her husband Delbert "Del" Cook; her sister June Bains; her son-in-law Steve Rutledge; and her granddaughter Lisa Rutledge.
She is survived by: her children, Delene Rutledge of Angola, IN, Bonnie Cook (Melody Bliss) of Las Vegas, NV, Julene Cook of Merced, CA, Ronald Cook of Merced, CA and Larry Cook (Kristin) of LaPorte; her brother Clyde Fry (Elsie) of Mansfield, OH; her grandchildren, Samantha Cook, Kevin Rutledge (Kristin) and Laura Pope (Ian); and her great grandchild Ashley Rutledge.
