He is survived by: his former wife Anna; his spouse Teresa Maselbas of LaPorte, IN; his son Thomas Maselbas (Linda) of LaPorte, IN; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Frackiel (Mirek) of Poland, Michal Piatkowski (Susan) of LaPorte, IN and Piotr Piatkowski (Krystyna) of Poland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
