It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Cook (La Porte, Indiana), born in Union Mills, Indiana, who passed away on June 20, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Willard Schoof, Richard Schoof, Irene Jackson, Louise Lancaster and Joan Newcom.
She is survived by: her spouse Norman Cook; her children, Norma Cooper (Wendell) of Hamlet, Donna Piechnik (Richard) of Hamlet and Dale Cook of Hamlet; her grandchildren, Jodie Nachtrab (Eric) of Frisco, TX, Robyn McShane (Jason) of La Porte, Richard Piechnik II of Sarasota, FL, Andrew Piechnik (Lindsey) of Lafayette and Erin Dettman (Jeffrey) of Trail Creek; her great grandchildren, Adam Nachtrab, Sam Nachtrab, Madyson McShane, Bryce McShane, Heather Piechnik, Halie Piechnik, Aidan Piechnik, Ava Piechnik and Oliver Dettman; and her siblings, William Schoof, Vern Schoof, Marcella Henning, Evelyn Gariepy and Bernadine Pinks.
