He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jivery of LaFontaine, Indiana; and his sons, Douglas Jivery of Mt. Hood and Jeremy Waite (Leia) of LaFontaine, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two nephews.
