He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn Steele; and his children, Tom Eakright (Sue) of La Fontaine, Cathy Janiszyn of Wabash, Rebecca Dome (Greg) of Pierceton and Dean Eakright, Jr. (Julie) of Wabash. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
