He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Hayes and Lida Hayes (Benham); his wife, Jessie Ann Hayes (Parlin) his son, Nicholas Raymond Hayes; his grandson Bradley White; and his siblings, Grant, Eugene, Earl, Stanley, Herb, Lavern, Eunice, Marie, Marguerite and Inez. He is survived by : his children, Rejina Sue Hayes (Rogers), Richard "Rick" Carlton Hayes (Angela Marie) and William Martin "Marty" Hayes (Anna Marie); his siblings, Dwight Hayes (Carol Sue) and Edith Pratt; his grandchildren, Chase, Kyle, Dylan Ashley and Cory and also his great grandchildren, Aliya, Austin, Chance, Dayton, and Brianna.
