He is survived by: his parents, Woodrow Mullins and Esther Osborne Mullins; his spouse Wanda Kay Fleetwood; his sisters, Josephine Ruth, Gail Davers Wilson, Amy Price of Louisville and Phyllis Barnard of Kurtz; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold "Francis" Fleetwood, Donnie Fleetwood, Larry "Dennis" Fleetwood, Ruth Parker, Debbie Otte, Jean Hilderbrand and Fern Steele. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
