He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hall and Ruby Murphy Hall; his former wife Nancy Kathryn Frazier; and his son Jackie Dwight Hall. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jeanette Hanner; his children, Brian Hall (Cherie) of Seymour, Harry Randy Hall (Lisa) of Dupont, Douglas Hall (Nickie) of Freetown, Rita Arthur (Dennis) of Maumee and Kathryn Roark (Greg) of Freetown; his stepson Timothy J. Fine (Diane) of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Melissa Forrest (David), Michelle Arthur, Nathan Hall (Heather), Adam Hall of Dwight, Scott Roark, Jessica Apsley (Ryan), Jerrica McDonald (Tommy), Cindy Wynn (Steven) and Keisha Ogle (Hank). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be given to Kurtz Church of the Nazarene, Kurtz Cemetery, or Schneck Medical Center Hospice.
