He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas E. O'Neill; his wife Juanita Thomas; his mother Ethel Thompson (Adamson); and his grandson Nathan O'Neill. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Rzepczynski (Gerry) of Grovertown, IN, Thomas J. O'Neill (Darlene) of Vincent, OH and Kevin O'Neill (Therese Sailor) of Elkhart, IN; his grandchildren, Brian, Christopher, Jason, Thomas E., James, Angie, Shannon and Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Brandy, Brittney, Justyce, Mackenzie, Jacek, Caitlyn, Lynden, Lauren and Chayton.
