He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Joe and Melba Rose Payne (Risner). He is survived by: his wife Debra Kraker; his sons, Lucas Payne (Courtney Ceja) of Kouts and Brandon Payne of Kouts; and his siblings, Alan Payne (Katie), Richard Payne (Penny), Ann Watson (Mitch), Sandra Joiner and Jacqueline Stoner (Tom). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
