He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Mast and Amanda Mast (Miller); his former wife Dorothy Reinhardt; his brothers, Lester (Milford), Robert (Nappanee) and Gilbert (Goshen); and his stepson Jeff Good.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Haines (Steve) of Indianapolis, Lon (Natalie) of South Bend and Marg (Alan Ferguson) of Free Union, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Drew Mast of Indianapolis, Kelsey Mast of Lake Tahoe and Alex Mast of Austin, Texas; his great grandchild Delilah Mast of Austin, Texas.; his wife Marge Yoder Good Mast (Yoder); and his stepchildren, Marty Good (Ann) and Beth Gehrig (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
