He was predeceased by: his parents, Miller Moslick and Mary Moslick (Trembach); his wife Carol A. Kidzinski; his son John Patrick Moslick; and his siblings, Shirley Ann Moslick, Betty Kadusky and Joseph Moslick.

He is survived by: his daughter Laura Garrison (Joe) of Valparaiso. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
