She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Qualizza and Margaret Qualizza (Henderson); her sister Suzanne Sliwa; her father-in-law Ervin Sajdera; and her brother-in-law Andrew Sajdera.

She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Sajdera; her children, Michael A. Sajdera (Brooke) and Melissa Moyer (Brad); her grandchildren, Avery, Taylor, Tyson, Addison and Talon; her brothers, Steve Qualizza (Sandy), Tony Qualizza (Cindy), Mike Qualizza (Darla) and Mark Qualizza (Patty); her mother-in-law Lillian Sajdera; and her brother-in-law Mickey Sliwa. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
