He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Oyer and Bessie Oyer (Sutter); and his wife Mary K. Church. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Drang (James) and Sandra Sowles (Dennis) of Kouts; his grandchildren, Justin (Olivia), Andrew (Lindsey), Alyssa (Al), Samuel (Corinne), Erin and Lauren; and also, Jaxon, Xander, Trinity, Hunter, Kairi, Leliana, Zamuel and Sorinne.
