He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Woods and Marie Woods (Criswell); his wife Edith Joy Fifield; his son Kenneth Woods; and his siblings, Waldo Woods, Gregory Woods and Kay Darlene Woods.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Powers, Kellene Myers (Mark) and Michelle Rodgers (Steve); his grandchildren, Jeremy Johnson, Shannon Orta (Augustine), Andrea Mathis, Joshua Myers, Paige Atwood (Cody), Matthew Rodgers (Allison), Trent Rodgers, Meredith Hogan (Spencer) and Caroline Rodgers; and his sister Sandra Duncan. He is also survived by his family and friends.
