She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Earle and Eva Earle (Marsh); her husband Eugene Hayes; and her children, Herbert and Janice Zawora.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Hayes, Dan Hayes (Terrie), June Sabuda (Jim) and Jim Hayes (Kris). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
